At Average Joe's Gym, we're all about offering a diverse range of classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. Finally, we're excited to introduce our latest addition – Mobility Flow! 🙏🙏🙏

Mobility Flow is not your typical gym class. It's a unique blend of mobility exercises, functional fitness, core stability, yoga flow, and primal movement, all rolled into one. We've crafted this class to cater to those looking to improve mobility, boost stability, and enhance overall well-being, making it the perfect complement, the Yin to our Yang of strength and HIIT offerings.

What Can You Expect in Mobility Flow?

In our Mobility Flow classes, you'll experience a dynamic fusion of movements and exercises that target different aspects of your fitness journey. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Mobility Matters: We understand the importance of mobility for a healthy, active lifestyle. Everyone has some limitations, particulary as we age and it's important to keep your body mobile, stable and without pain. Our class focuses on improving your joint mobility and flexibility, helping you move more freely in your daily activities. 

  2. Core Strength and Stability: A strong core is the foundation of functional fitness. Mobility Flow class will engage your core muscles, providing the stability you need for everyday tasks and or gym and sports performance.

  3. Yoga Flow Elements: We've integrated yoga-inspired flows into Mobility Flow. These fluid sequences help enhance your balance, posture, and mindfulness. Perfect if you want to get into yoga but you're not too keen on the woo woo stuff. 

  4. Functional Fitness: Our use of TRX, Bosu balls, bodyweight exercises, and other supplementary equipment ensures that every session is a comprehensive workout. You'll build strength, improve coordination, and challenge your body in new ways.

  5. Primal Movement: Our class draws from primal movement patterns, allowing you to tap into your body's natural capabilities for a holistic fitness experience.

Mobility Flow is suitable for anyone looking to enhance their mobility, stability, core strength, and overall fitness. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, our class offers a fresh approach to movement that can benefit everyone.

Our class timings are designed to fit into your schedule:

  • Monday: 6.30am
  • Wednesday: 6.45pm
  • Saturday: 9.30am
